I'm a web developer from Miami working as a freelancer. One time I was contacted by this lady asking me to do a few changes in her website. She said she was coming from Palm Beach (quite a drive) and that she needed everything done in one day, in front of her and I will get paid for that.
Rosemary Bellinger showed up the next day very early as agreed, she stayed the whole day sitting right next to me (which is very annoying for a developer) until I finished with the changes on her website. At the end of the day she started to act very weird, I guess she suffers from schizophrenia or something like that. She ended up giving me a check for my services, she thanked me many times and said she was happy with my work, then she left.
In the next morning I wet to the bank to cash the check that Rosemary Bellinger gave me for my services and that's when I found out that she called the bank to cancel the check. Can you believe that? I culdn't believe it myself, I tried calling her and emailing her but never got a reply. I'm a very honest person and I don't do any harm to my clients because I have to take care of my reputation. She clearly doesn't have any respect for other people's work and that's why I'm writing this post to warn people who are planning to do business with her so they know the type of person she is.
My final recommendation if you are doing business with Rosemary Bellinger Interiors is stay away from her, she is crazy and will scam you if she can.
